We are so happy to be offering this very small lot that is one of the most sweet and clean geshas we ever had. It will make even the most picky coffee drinker crave for a second cup with it's layered sweetness and high citrus acidity.

Montañita come from a family group of farms "Los Cachimbos". The Los Cachimbos is a collective effort, with Mrs Blanca Ruby Lopez Tibatá at the helm, supported by her husband, children, two agricultural engineers, and a quality manager. This team is the farm's lifeblood, embodying a shared commitment to excellence evident in every coffee bean produced. They are the 3rd generation of coffee producers in their family. At Los Cachimbos, the commitment to producing high-quality coffee is evident in every bean, every tree, and every cup.

Only ripped cherries are collected; selected by density, and then de-pulped and fermented in the tanks for approximately 30 hours. After the coffee is washed and dried for 18 to 24 days, depending on the weather conditions. The used water after the processing is collected and cleaned so as not to contaminate the environment. The coffee is then placed in well-air- conditioned canopy beds and turned several times a day to dry steadily.
