From the hills of Tabaconas in Cajamarca, this washed Peruvian coffee is all about balance and easy drinkability. Sourced through the CENFROCAFÉ cooperative, it comes from smallholder farmers growing coffee at high altitudes, where the cool climate helps develop a clean and well-rounded cup.
Grown between 1100 and 2400 meters, this coffee leans into a soft, smooth profile with a gentle brightness. Expect notes of citrus and dried fruit, with a touch of vanilla sweetness and a mellow chocolatey finish. It’s the kind of cup that feels familiar, but still has enough going on to keep it interesting.
The washed process keeps things clean and clear, letting the natural sweetness come through without overpowering the cup. The result is a silky, balanced, yet super fruity coffee that’s super approachable and easy to come back to with an awesome acidity.
