You can expect everything the Gesha variety has to offer, amazing citric acidity, a clean body, floral and berries tasting notes and a chocolaty aftertaste.
The processing of this lot have a few different and special stages. The fermentation stage happen for 40 hours sealed in cherry and 36 hours in thanks. After that the coffee goes to dry during 15 days in the shade
