Wednesday Morning Yoga
Wiggle into your Wednesday with a 75 minute Hatha class with Jen. You will be guided gently through pranayama(breath control), asana(postures) & shavasana(deep relaxation).
Hatha is a beautiful practice, characterised by a slower pace, longer holds in poses, and a focus on internal awareness and breath. The goal is to cultivate strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm.
-Includes a delicious cup of free MMB coffee :)
-Props, mats & blankets provided
-All classes will be in English
-Classes welcome to everyone, all levels & experience
-Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance & if it’s your first time coming along, double check you have the address for the Mmbk HOTEL, which is in a separate location to our other cafe.
