Bitta Farm is located in Kaffa, widely regarded as the birthplace of coffee.

Founded in 1993, the 912-hectare farm sits at 1,900–2,050 metres above sea level, surrounded by the ancient Kaffa forest. The farm combines traditional farming with sustainable practices and produces both washed and natural coffees. In the cup, Bitta is juicy and silky, with bright citrus acidity, sweet berry and dried fruit notes, and a subtle spicy finish.
