Start your Sunday feeling both energized and grounded in this 60-minute Vinyasa flow on beats class.
In this dynamic practice, breath and movement are synchronized to create a continuous, flowing sequence. The focus is on mindful transitions, combining body awareness with alignment to help you move with strength, ease, and intention. An opportunity to step out of your head and into your body—a moving meditation that at times feels almost like dancing.
Throughout the class, you will be guided through pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and savasana. The practice invites you to connect with your breath, your body, and the present moment.
