Ease into Sunday with a chill 90-minute mindful Hatha Yoga practice that’s perfect for unwinding & tuning into your body. The focus of this class will be on deep relaxation, encouraging presence & peace of mind.
You will be guided gently through pranayama(breath control), asana(postures) meditation & shavasana(deep relaxation).
Hatha is a beautiful practice, characterised by a slower pace, longer holds in poses, and a focus on internal awareness and breath. The goal is to cultivate strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm.
